The Untold Story: 

This company was started to change the way wild game is viewed by many people.  A lot of people believe that most wild game is marginally edible at best.  I know that this is not true.  I have been experimenting with game and fish for many years, and believe that I have developed some products that will change your opinions of wild game.  Yes, there is more to wild game than throwing it in a crock pot with a can of cream of mushroom soup or rolling fish in flour and cornmeal and deep fat frying it. 

I like cooking and smoking wild game almost as much as hunting and fishing itself.  I did say almost, nothing will ever beat heading to the field, timber, or river with your gun or pole in hand.  I don’t believe there’s anything better than being in your duck blind with your friends, dog at heal, drinking a hot cup of coffee waiting for the sun to come up.

Whatever wild game you are after I believe we have a product that will help you out .  I don’t want you to think that I know everything about cooking and smoking fish and wild game because I don’t.  I’m like most of you sportsman - we continue to learn from each other. 

Lastly we sportsman need to stick together, our livelihood is threatened daily.  Please support your local conservation organizations, and take a kid hunting or fishing.  Our heritage depends upon it .
